Amgalan.D, Head of the Administration Department of the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia, Munkhtur.A, Senior Specialist in Inspection and Evaluation, Tsendeekhuu.B, State Inspector of the Inspection Department, Erdenechimeg.D, Head of the Association of Mongolian Intellectual Property Agent, and Duurenjargal.S, a member of the Board of Director have held an official meeting at the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia on February 16, 2023.

At the meeting, opinions were exchanged on the measures to be implemented in accordance with the joint inspection and monitoring of the activities of the intellectual property trustees. Also, based on the conclusions of the working group of the authorized representatives, it was decided to cancel the rights of 3 authorized representatives and suspend the special licenses of 19 authorized representatives and 2 legal entities.

Also, it was decided to organize the selection process for the intellectual property representative on 25-26 March.
