The annual joint conference of intellectual property office of Mongolia, the Russian Federation, and the People's Republic of China began on October 14, 2022 under the theme "Intellectual property assessment: regulation and experience".

Opening the joint conference, the heads of intellectual property organizations of the three countries gave speeches and delivered greetings. Elbegsaikhan.G, Head of the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia, in his opening speech, said that Mongolia has created a legal environment to support the economic circulation of intellectual property and evaluate intellectual property in accordance with international standards. It was emphasized that the degree prepared by the first evaluators of intellectual property is an important step in increasing the value of goods and services with innovation and technology and intensifying the economic circulation of intellectual property.

Enhbold.B, an executive director of the Mongolian Institute of Certified Appraisers, gave a presentation and discussion on the topic of "Intellectual Property Appraisal, Regulation, and Experience" at the joint meeting.
