In accordance with the "Procedure for the selection of the best intellectual property works" approved by the annex of the Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs No. A/234 of 2020, we call for a proposal to the selection process for the selection of the ”Best works of the Intellectual Property organization”.
ONE. MAIN GOAL
The selection of the best works announced by the Intellectual Property Office aims to support and develop intellectual creative activities, the initiative of authors, innovators and inventors.
TWO. REQUIREMENTS FOR SELECTION OF THE BEST WORK
1. The work to be nominated for the best work must meet the requirements of having an impact on Mongolia's social, economic, scientific development, the environment, and the quality of human life, making a profit through export and domestic sales, and promoting Mongolia internationally.
2. Inventors, innovators, artists, rights holders who have invented and created intellectual property works, or their joint team, shall be nominated for the best work if they meet the requirements specified in 1 of this regulation.
THREE. LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR BEST NOMINATION
1. The work, its brief introduction, reasons and requests for an award nomination
2. Opinions of at least 2 scientists and artists in the field about the theoretical level and scientific significance of the work; /Scientists and artists who make conclusions cannot be co-authors in any form/
3. Evaluations, conclusions, and related documents of enterprises and organizations that introduced the work into production and use
4. Copy of the certificate or patent of the work protected by intellectual property rights
5. Copy of the author's resume, author's identity card, or state registration certificate and similar documents, employment status description
6. Research and report on concrete contribution to the development of Mongolia
7. Research and report on public and international promotion of nominated work
8. Export and domestic sales profit and income statement
FOUR. PERIOD
The work nominated for the competition must meet the necessary requirements and regulations, and the materials will be accepted between November 1st and December1st of 2022.
The winning work will be awarded the title of "Best Work of the Intellectual Property organization" and a cash bonus equivalent to a tenfold increase in the minimum wage.
